What is Ancestral Lineage Healing?

Ancestral Lineage Healing is a type of spiritual repair work that addresses generational trauma, attachment wounding, energetic overwhelm, and cultural breakdown through contact with your ancestral lineages.

In this series you will learn how to begin healing your ancestral lines with support and guidance. You have the opportunity to complete healing for an entire lineage during this time.

Ashley will guide each session through ritual process and meditative sensing. You will cultivate your capacity for deep connection with blood-lineage ancestors who are well in spirit. We will invoke their support for healing the whole ancestral line.

Our group meetings will include teaching, 2 guided ritual drop-ins, followed by time for sharing about what came forward and how the processes are unfolding.

5-Week Group Journey:

We’ll meet for 2 hours each week, on Zoom. Each week, we will explore a step of the Ancestral Lineage Healing Process

Assessment of Ancestral Lineages

  • Assess the current condition of four of your ancestral lineages

  • Establish any necessary boundaries for you and your family

  • Explore ways to trust your intuition and reclaim direct knowing

  • Determine the focus of your ancestral repair work

  • Enjoy resources on epigenetics, psychology, and epistemology

Contacting Ancestral Guides

  • Learn a framework for sustained connection with older ancestors

  • Safely seek direct connection with wise and kind ancestral guides

  • Invite blessings and support for your life from these ancestral elders

  • Explore ways to nurture and expand into new ancestral connections

Assisting Older Ancestors

  • Explore causes of ancestral wounding and pathways for healing

  • Support as needed in the ancestralization of older lineage ancestors

  • Practice allowing the guides to oversee and enact the healing

  • Reinforce previous steps and focus on stoking what feeds life

Assisting the Recent Dead

  • Learn important differences when assisting more recent generations

  • Invite the guides to intervene on behalf of recent generations in need

  • Reinforce safety protocols in cases of serious lineage disturbance

  • Reflect on tales of trouble and healing from this stage of the process

Work with Living Family

  • Consider the impacts of ancestral wounding and healing on living relatives

  • Invite the guides to bring healing and goodness to your extended family

  • Request physical healing and optimizing of your blood, bones, and DNA

  • Embody lineage blessings and pray with the ancestors for your relations

Meet Ashley

Ashley is a ritualist and healer who helps you feel less alone, lost, and broken through connection with your ancestors and soul.

She supports individuals in building relationships with the seen and unseen.

Her work centers adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, walking alongside them through the stabilization, healing, and integration of these experiences.

She offers a grounded, embodied presence, and gift of holding multiple perspectives at once.

Her warmth and spaciousness is tempered by fierce clarity and insights. 

At the core, she changes peoples hearts and minds by sharing what has changed hers.

This isn’t about seeking love and light, it’s about descending deep into the darkness and welcoming all that is revealed.

Her offerings include: Ancestral Lineage Healing, Akashic Records Readings, and Spiritual Guidance for Survivors of sexual abuse. 

Q & A

  • Nope! The group is beginner-friendly and supportive, and guidance is provided for everyone.

  • Each group session is 2 hours. The series includes 5 weekly sessions, plus a 30-minute integration call with Ashley after the final session. Commitment to the full series is required to honor the continuity of the work. Calls are not recorded, and there are no make-up calls.

  • The group field amplifies the work—shared witnessing, collective energy, and connection with others doing the same work create depth that is hard to achieve alone. It’s also a more accessible way to tend your lineage in a supported ritual container.

  • The offer is sliding scale: $275 - $550.

    $550 - Supporter Level: This rate helps me make my work accessible to those with modest means and applies if you take vacations, have investments, a retirement plan, and/or access to economic abundance.

    $400 - Standard Level: This standard rate allows me to sustain my work, and ensure my bills are paid each month. This typically applies if you’re able to provide for your needs in a consistent way.

    $275 - Community Level: This rate applies if you’re relatively less economically advantaged in the ways listed under “Standard Level” or that cost is simply out of reach for you financially.

  • Complete the application form and schedule a 15-minute meet-and-greet call with Ashley. Once accepted, you’ll receive payment instructions and session details.

  • There is space for up to 9 folks.
