Terms of service:

  • You must sign up for a Meet and Greet call before booking any service if you are a new client. This is a free 15-minute Zoom meeting for us to both get a sense of if we are a good fit to work together. You can book a Meet and Greet call here.

  • I reserve the right to decline working with a potential new client, and/or discontinue working with an existing client at any time. The potential or current client will be informed via email if this is the case.

  • By booking, you consent to be added to my newsletter list This Is The Thing. This is hosted on Substack. Your email will never be shared. You may unsubscribe, or upgrade to a paid subscriber, any time.

  • All sessions are confidential and your personal information is never shared without your consent.

  • You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 12 hours before the start time of your session. Adjustments can be made by clicking the “Change/Cancel Appointment” button in the confirmation email you received upon booking.

  • Sessions are forfeited if you do not show or arrive more than 5 minutes late, and a new session will need to be booked at full price.

  • 3 and 5-session packages of Ancestral Lineage Healing are valid for 180 days (6 months) from the original date of purchase.

  • 10-session Ancestral Lineage Healing packages are valid for 1 year from the original date of purchase.

  • 4-session Akashic Records Sessions packages are valid for 1 year from the original date of purchase.

  • Due to the nature of the sessions and the work offered, there are no refunds for individual sessions or packages.

  • This work is not therapy, or an alternative to therapy. Both Akashic Records and Ancestral Lineage Healing can bring up unprocessed emotions and personal material, please be advised that it is recommended having a support system in place (mentor, spiritual teacher, mental health professional) before engaging in this work.

  • Proof of Commercial General and Professional Liability Coverage available upon request.

  • Sliding scale (or “Community Pricing”) is available for Ancestral Lineage Healing sessions. You can book these sessions here.
