Terms of service:
You must sign up for a Meet and Greet call before booking any service if you are a new client. This is a free 15-minute Zoom meeting for us to both get a sense of if we are good fit to work together. You can book a Meet and Greet call here.
I reserve the right to decline working with a potential new client, and/or discontinue working with an existing client at any time. The potential or current client will be informed via email if this is the case.
After booking any session (including a Meet and Greet) you will be automatically added to my free email newsletter list, This Is The Thing. This is hosted on Substack. You may unsubscribe, or upgrade to a paid subscriber, any time.
You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 12 hours before the start time of your session. Adjustments can be made by clicking the “Change/Cancel Appointment” button in the confirmation email you received upon booking.
If you do not show up for your session, or are more than 5 minutes late to your session, you forfeit your session and will need to book, and pay, for any additional sessions.
3, 5, and 10-session packages are valid for one year from the original date of purchase.
Due to the nature of the sessions and the work offered, there are no refunds for individual sessions or packages.
This work is not therapy, or an alternative to therapy. Both Akashic Records and Ancestral Lineage Healing can bring up unprocessed emotions and personal material, please be advised that it is recommended having a support system in place (mentor, spiritual teacher, mental health professional) before engaging in this work.
